Postage in New Zealand
Postage costs $10 flat rate within New Zealand. This means $10 per order, not per product. We post with New Zealand Couriers Track & Trace.
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong product, we will exchange it for you. You will need to post them back to us siting the problem. If the mistake was yours, you may incur an extra delivery cost. If you have worn the product or damaged it, no exchange will be given.
The safest bet is to be sure you are ordering the right product, and be sure that it is your usual size. Usually with MMA shorts, if you're stuck between two sizes, go for the larger size as they can always be drawn tighter. Sinister and Sprawl shorts are quite large so you are probably safe going for the smaller of the two sizes.
Refunds
If you want a refund, we can only offer credit to your account. The only exception to this is under the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ) when the product we supply to you is faulty from the start. For example, if you tear a tee shirt, you do not get a refund for this item at all. However, if you open the tee shirt from the courier bag, and it is already damaged for some reason, we will of course replace the item for free.

Back Orders
If you order something that is not in stock, we will order it for you in our next shipment from that brand in the USA, then send it to you as soon as it arrives. This means that you may be waiting awhile for your item. It is generally advised to contact us before backordering an item, because it might not be available for awhile.
